Pop Solid Color Tiles

The 'Pop Solid Color' collection consists of 41 bespoke colors, ranging from bright, delicate hues to powerful and dramatic notes. All colors are developed by hand - making them unique, while still working together as one cohesive collection. The colors of the 'Pop Solid Color' collection are available for both lava stone and clay tiles. Please note, that the material and process of hand crafting the tiles creates variations in tone depending on the chosen material. All File Under Pop tiles are available in a matt and a shiny or a shiny crystal finish. The type of finish has an impact on the color of each tile as the lacquered layer of the shiny and shiny crystal finishes tends to enhance the richness of each color, whereas a matt version gives the colors a more subtle appearance.

As all tiles in the 'Pop Solid Color' collection are made by hand, each tile is a unique piece of craftsmanship with a story to tell and a surface full of life. Lava stone tiles are well known for a depth in color and small marks created, when firing the lava stone, heating it up to a point where glaze and stone merge and become one. These marks are considered natural imperfections, which give all lava stone surfaces a unique look. Clay tiles too have a distinctive appearance, showcasing the process of production with a slightly visible brush stroke stemming from the process of applying glaze onto the raw tiles with a brush.

The colors of the 'Pop Solid Color' collection are developed to match the colors of the File Under Pop paint range, making it possible to delve into a cohesive color spectrum, even when combining tiles and paint.
