The File Under Pop collection of free standing sinks consists of two bespoke designs created by renowned Italian design studio, Elisa Ossino Studio, for File Under Pop. Both versions are recognizable by a highly sculptural approach to the form of a functional sink - focusing on the beauty of contrast between the natural, raw lava stone and stoneware, which the two sinks are made of, and the delicate yet impactful lines of the design.
Bespoke Glazed Lava Stone Sinks
Glazed lava stone is a product of nature, recognized by its playful surface, containing small marks and spots, which stem from the process of hand-glazing each surface and firing the lava stone in a kiln at more than 1000 degrees. Lava stone is resistant to stains, scratches, shock, and temperature changes. Therefore, all lava stone sinks are durable and can stay beautiful over time requiring only a minimum amount of maintenance. Our lava stone stone sinks are made-to-measure and we offer top-mounted as well and fully integrated solutions.
Ceramic Stoneware Sink
The free standing sink cast from exclusive stoneware is dyed in a custom-made File Under Pop shade of grey, making it easy to combine with other colors from the File Under Pop tile and paint collections. The size of the sink is 40 x 35 x18 cm making it both voluptuous and intricate at once. This sink is made to order and produced in the south of Spain.
Natural Raw Lava Stone Sink
The free standing sink made from natural, raw lava stone comes with a matt polished finish, which links back to all File Under Pop raw lava stone tiles and bespoke tops. This sink is made to order and produced in Italy, where each sink is carved out of a solid block of ancient raw lava stone, making the design entirely seamless. This sink shows the natural beauty of a lava stone surface. The size is 40 x 35 x 18 cm. The design is durable and timeless to use in kitchens, bathrooms, or other relevant areas.
