Decorated Tiles

The File Under Pop range of decorated tiles spans across six different collections and a selection of 28 individual decorations. Most decorations are available on both lava stone and clay tiles in different formats. Every File Under Pop decoration has its own philosophy and source of inspiration, ranging from graphic influences to traditional Japanese patterns or African textile. All decorated tiles are available in every combination of colors from the 'Pop Solid Color' collection. Explore more color combinations by clicking on each indiviual decoration.

File Under Pop decorated tiles embrace the distinctive atmosphere created in the intersection of color. Each color highlights something unique in another, when combined in one surface or space. Small decorations like the ones found in the 'Edo', 'Ewe' and 'Bloom' collections can be repeated for an infinite distance in all directions, creating a harmonious surface and atmosphere. Meanwhile, the strict lines of the 'Geo', 'Gio' and 'Zulu' collections stand strong as single tiles with a standalone pattern, but can also be combined in different ways and directions, hereby creating entirely new patterns. The ‘Geo’collection is designed by Elisa Ossino Studio for File Under Pop, while the ‘Gio’, ‘Edo’, ‘Ewe’, ‘Bloom’ and ‘Zulu’ collections are created by creative director Josephine Akvama Hoffmeyer.
