PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER ON WWW.FILEUNDERPOP.COM.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all orders or purchases made on the Website. They may be updated periodically to reflect changes in technology, business operations, legal requirements, or system capacity. You will be asked to accept these Terms and Conditions each time you shop with us.
References to "you" or "your" refer to the Website user or customer. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to File Under Pop ApS.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you cannot place an order or make a purchase on the Website.
You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days after receiving the goods. For details, please refer to the "Right of Withdrawal" section below.
Your purchase is also covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides statutory warranties for product conformity. Please see the "Non-Conforming Goods and Incorrect Goods" section for further details.
Ordering
The online shop is accessible 24 hours a day, except during maintenance. Whenever possible, maintenance is conducted at night.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Age and Payment Requirements
To place an order, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card accepted by us, or
- Have a legal basis to enter into a contract if under the age of 18.
Delivery Restrictions
We deliver only to residential or business addresses in countries listed under "Delivery Terms". Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
Order Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel a purchase under certain circumstances, such as:
- Payment issues or unverifiable payment details.
- Suspected fraud or misuse of the Website.
- Unintentional errors on the Website, such as pricing or payment errors.
- If we believe you are under 18 years old.
Payment and Confirmation
Order Binding Point
Before finalizing your order, you can review and edit all details, including billing, delivery, and payment information. Once you click "Purchase," the contract becomes binding.

Order Confirmation
- After placing an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
- Upon dispatch of your order, a shipment confirmation email will be sent, including delivery details.

Credit Card Security
If paying by credit card, you must provide the card's CVV (Credit Card Verification Number), located on the back of most cards. This ensures secure payment processing.
4. PRICES AND DELIVERY
Pricing
- All prices include applicable taxes and VAT.
- Delivery costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the chosen delivery method.
Currency
- Prices are shown in DKK for Denmark. Changing the delivery country may affect delivery costs and currency.
Delivery Terms
- The estimated delivery time for your order is provided during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability.
For standard items, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the dispatch date. For custom-made products delivery typically takes between 14 and 21 days, which will be specified in the bill at checkout.
We strive to meet the stated delivery times, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your delivery is delayed, please contact Customer Service for assistance. - As a standard, all orders are delivered by GLS.
- Goods are delivered to residential or business addresses, or pick-up points, Monday to Friday.
- Deliveries must be signed for, but any individual at the specified address can sign on your behalf.
Separate Deliveries
For multi-item orders, we may deliver items separately if some are delayed or out of stock. No additional delivery fees will be charged.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOR CONSUMERS)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions
Custom-made products, such as tinted paints, are non-returnable unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse your payment, excluding delivery costs, after receiving the returned goods. Reimbursement is made via the original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Goods must be returned in their original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage.
- Returns must be sent to File Under Pop, Esplanaden 6, 1265 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
- Customers bear return shipping costs.
6. NON-CONFORMING GOODS AND INCORRECT GOODS
If your goods are defective or incorrect, please contact Customer Service with your order details.
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means you can report defects that existed at the time of purchase. Defects that arise later may also be covered if they are due to original flaws in the product. Please notify us as soon as possible after discovering a defect, ideally within two months. Contact our Customer Service to arrange a solution.
Options for Non-Conforming Goods
- Return for a full refund, including delivery costs.
- Return for a replacement, subject to availability.
- Keep the goods and request a proportionate price reduction.
7. OTHER MATTERS
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Right to Complain
If you have complaints, contact Customer Service. Alternatively, EU consumers can use the European Commission’s complaint portal: Online Dispute Resolution (http://ec-europa.eu/odr).
Governing Law
Contracts are governed by Danish law, with disputes settled in Danish courts.
