At File Under Pop, we have a deep relationship with various forms of art that function as a constant source of inspiration in our work.
Silhouettes is a collection of decorated tiles and boards created in collaboration with Danish textile artist Sarah Becker. Twisting motives from nature with an artificial stands on color. Hereby highlighting the meeting of nature and human interference with it.
All boards are crafted carefully from natural Italian lava stone before each board is glazed by hand at our production site in Valencia in Spain. The result is an entirely unique product showing traces of the individual craftmanship that goes into the production of the boards and highlights the artistic expression.
