To make your experience at file Under Pop better, when you engage with us through various channels including per e-mail or telephone, for customer support and purchase we will keep the information stated above.

To specify when purchasing products at File Under Pop we will keep personal details such as name, company name and VAT-number (if provided), invoice address, delivery address (if different), phone number and e-mail address. This data is collected for the purpose of giving you the best service and support when purchasing a File Under Pop product. File Under Pop collects and keep personal information under the existent law on collecting personal data.


File Under Pop prioritizes data privacy. We only register and collect data for the purpose of sending you quotes, order confirmations and invoices. To provide you with the best services, we use your information while we handle your order, complete purchase transactions and ensure delivery of the products as well as remembering the information for future purchases and customer support.

We wish to inform you our customer that we might use your data to invite you to exclusive events and to send you greetings during Holidays. File Under Pop processes personal data for marketing purposes under the existing laws. This is stated in the Terms of Sale and Delivery attached to the order confirmation and is automatically approved by you if not any further notice from you.

When using our website, we conduct analytics and statistics on traffic, date, frequency of File Under Pop products to improve and develop new products. This conduction is through Google Analytics. When visiting our site cookies are used to identify your IP-address, these cookies are automatically erased when you shut down your browser again. Such processing is not considered to be harmful towards you. Finally, your information can be used to investigating suspicion of fraud under legitimate terms.

We keep your information no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. Personal data registered at File Under Pop will be kept for a period of five years. This is to ensure the best service, costumer support and future purchases.


We only disclosure your information with the freight companies we collaborate with and our external warehouses to the extension of necessity for accommodating your order. These companies process data solely on our behalf and will not use personal data for their purposes. When we disclosure your personal data to a third party, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that these third parties are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations to protect your personal information. We cooperate solely with data processors within EU or countries which provide the same level of protection.


You have the right upon request to be informed about which data we have registered according to “The Right Of Access by the Data Subject” (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation). If you believe the information to be incorrect or incomplete you have the right to make objections and we will change and correct this data. If the personal data is no longer relevant to the purpose stated above you have the right to request it to be deleted. File Under Pop saves personal data and relevant purchases data for five years according to the bookkeeping law.
